YCM Hosts a Chamber Music Reading Party

Kohl Mansion was filled with string chamber music on Friday, January 5th, when YCM alumna Eunseo Oh (violinist, Aveta Trio YCM 2018-2023, and currently in the Columbia-Juilliard Exchange Program) and violinist Kaito Stohr (YCM 2022-2024) united 14 fellow chamber players to an afternoon of chamber music reading. The session was led by Oh. Joining Oh were YCM alumni Elliott Kim (Aveta Trio cellist, Princeton and member of Princeton University’s “Opus Chamber Music”) and Emily Hwang (violist). Music read included the Mendelssohn Octet, the Schubert Quintet, Brahms' Sextet No. 1, and Tchikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence.
